CR RACING herein state's that these products and modification's are custom in nature and are used in racing and other special performance applications with installation by buyers, laypersons, and in some instances, professional persons. Because of the custom nature, racing applications and other limitless application variables, all performance products and modifications are sold without warranty.
CR RACING hereby disclaim's any responsibility for failure due to improper assembly, modification of parts or instructions, neglect, abuse, accident and/or normal wear, including failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance. Performance parts installation and use require a high level of technical and mechanical skill.
CR RACING disclaim's any liability for personal injury and/or property damage which result from the use of any of these products or parts these may affect.
CR RACING shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages. Installation of these parts could adversely affect the vehicle manufacturer's warranty coverage. No claim for charges incurred in the removal, disassembly or reinstallation of such items will allowed.
CR RACING does not authorize any other person to assume for CR RACING any other liability or additional warranties in connection with the products sold, and there are no oral agreements or warranties of collateral to or affecting this agreement.
CR RACING state's that the addition of the product or modification can greatly increase the top speed, acceleration and effect the handling of snowmobiles, and can be dangerous and hazardous to ones health. Caution should be taken to allow for braking distances and handling.
CR RACING SHALL NOT WARRANT, AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM'S ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. |
