CR Racing is working hard to make your online shopping
as easy and safe as possible.
Sometimes problems may arise, and hopefully these
FAQ's will help out.
1. Why do I need to register, can't I just buy products?
Registering helps us verify your identity and helps you
to remain on secure web pages.
2. When I click on 'order now' I don't know if I ordered
something.
When you click on 'order now' if that product has
options your are directed to the products page. You then need to
select the options and select 'order now' again. This adds the
product to your shopping cart. Log in to view your shopping cart
contents or to follow the check out process.
3. How are your shipping charges calculated?
CR Racing's website contacts the shippers website and
sends the product shipping weight and dimensions. The shippers
website then returns a cost for using them as a shipper.
4. When are products shipped?
When products are in stock they will be shipped
complete. Some products are built on a per order basis.
Tunnels, steering posts are some examples.
5. I made a mistake on my order, how do I correct it?
If you make a mistake follow the contact us page and
include the following information. Name, Date of Order, Products
Ordered, Product Corrections. We will contact you via email with
the revised invoice total.
6. Why do some items have 'Large Product Shipping'
charges?
Items like tunnels, engine cases have special handling
procedures. Tunnels are shipped in a custom box that is correct to
the tunnel dimensions and sturdy enough to handle the riggers of
shipping a tunnel to prevent damage. Products using 'Large Product
Shipping' charges need special attention.
